Damian founded Happy Arrow with a mission to help individuals and organisations thrive. With over 20 years in senior roles across government, healthcare, support services, utilities, tourism, nonprofits, education, and private enterprises, he brings extensive experience and a deeply values-driven approach to coaching. Damian focuses on building trusting relationships, supporting self-awareness, and creating environments where people feel empowered to grow.
Known for his warm, approachable style, Damian works collaboratively with clients to help them understand their strengths and take ownership of their journey of growth. He’s passionate about enhancing team dynamics and workplace culture, believing that people perform best when they feel valued and included.
His workshops are practical and engaging, blending humour with impactful insights to create an enjoyable learning experience. Outside of work, Damian is family-oriented, enjoying quality time, staying active, and supporting his kids’ sports.

With 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Nicole (Nic) joins Happy Arrow as a dedicated client liaison. Previously a beloved teacher, Nic also founded Messy Little Wonders, a sensory play business that helped children and parents alike discover the developmental power of messy play. Through her work, she equipped parents to support their children's social, language, and fine motor skills while building nurturing connections that strengthened early intervention and growth.
Nicole brings the same passion and care to her role at Happy Arrow, where she ensures every client receives attentive support, guidance, and clarity. Known for her genuine and personable style, she makes every interaction meaningful and supportive, focused on creating the best experience for our clients.
A mother of four active children, a netball coach, and a committed community member, Nicole thrives on staying busy and involved. Her dedication to encouraging others is at the heart of everything she does, making her an invaluable part of the Happy Arrow team… (just ask Damian:)
